Bajra and Cauliflower Roti

These rotis contain high calaroies and its very special recipe to Burn Fat


Ingredients

Cauliflower           -           3/4 cup

Bajra                   -           1/2 cup

Spring Onions       -             1 1/2 cup

Coriander leaves    -             2 (tpsp finely chopped)

Ginger and Green  -              1/2 tpsp
Chilli Paste

Gralic                   -               1/2 grated 

Salt                      -               To taste

Method

  • Divide the dough into six equal protions.
  • Roll Out one portion to the dough 
  • Place the roti on the non stick tava turn it after few seconds
  • Cook the other side for a few more seconds.
  • Lift the roti with a pair of flat tongs and roast on the open flame till brown spots appear on the both sides.
  • Repeat the remaining portions to make five more roti.
  • Serve Hot.
