Ingredients
Garlic (finely choped) - 2tsps
mixed vegetables - 1 cup
(french beans, carrot
and cauliflower)
Oil - 1tsp
Onions (finely Chopped) - 1 cup
Quick cooking rolled - 2tsps
oats
Chopped Coriander - 2tsps
leaves
Method
- Heat the oil in deep nonstick pan, add the garlic and onions and saute on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the mixed vegetables and 3cups of water, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame.
- Add the oats and coriander, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another one minute.
- Serve hot.
