Fruit Bowl with Vanilla Cream (weight loss after pregnancy)

Fruit bowl consists vanilla icecream, protein, rich dessert which looks and tastes exotic.

Ingredients

Agar-Agar          -     1tbsp chopped

Low Fat Milk     -       1 cup

Sugar substitute  -    3/4 tsp

Vanilla essence    -    1/8 tsp

For The Hawaiian Fruit Bowl

Mixed Fruit Scoops    -   1 cup

Muskmelon Scoops    -   1 cup

Chopped Bananas       - 1 cup

Chopped Apples         -  1 cup

Method For The Vanilla Icecream

  • Combine the agar-agar and 1 1/2 tsp water in small bowl, place it on a double boiler and simmer till it desolves completely.
  • Meanwhile put milk into boil.
  • Remove from the flame, add agar-agar and sugar substitute and mixwell.
  • Strain the mixture and keep aside for 2-3 minutes.

  • Add the vanilla essence, mix well and pour the mixture into a bowl and put set in the refrigerator.                                                                                                                                                                                       How To Proceed 
  • Combine all the fruits in a bowl and refrigerate to chill.
  • Just Before serving, place equal quantites of fruits in a 4 individual bowls and top each bowl with topped with equal quantities of vanilla icecream. serve immediately.
