Baked Oats Puri

Ingredients

Oats flour         -        1/2 cup

Wheat flour      -        1 cup

Feenugreek      -        2 tsp
leaves

Black Seseme   -        2tsp
seads

Low fat curds   -         2tsp

Garlic paste      -        1/2 tsp

Green chilli 
powder             -        1/2 tsp

chilli powder    -         1/2 tsp

oil                     -          2 tsp  

salt                   -          To taste

whole wheat gram for rolling

                                

Method
  • Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a stiff dough using enough water.
  • Divide the dough into twenty equal portions and roll out each portion into a 75 mm diameter circle using little wheat flour for rolling
  • Prick the roll out puris with a fork at regular intervals
  • Arrange them on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven and 200 degrees centigrade for 20 minitues, and turn them into once after 10 minitues or till they turn crisp.
  • Serve or store in a air tight container.
